Pricing Details

Sponsorship Levels

• $1,200 – 2 registrations, display table, ¹⁄₂ page ad in program, verbal recognition at lunch, specific sponsor recognition for meal/reception/food event
• $600 – 2 registrations, display table, ¹⁄₃ page ad in program
• $300 – 1 registration, display table, ¹⁄₄ page ad in program

All levels of sponsorship include

• Conference rate at hotel – use link to make reservation(s)
• Program Advertisement – attach art work for the program in the submission form, or email directly to cristine.watson@enmu.edu (575.562.2315)
• Inclusion of ‘bling’ items (350 pieces) in participant bag/packet (must be in Albuquerque or to Points of Contact no later than the Tuesday before the NMHEAR conference begins – no flyers/brochures please)
• Special name tags
• Guaranteed Conference session presentation (if desired)- complete the information on desired session on the the submission form
