The New Mexico Higher Education Assessment and Retention (NMHEAR) conference mission is to promote improvement in higher education through outcomes assessment; to increase communication, cooperation, and sharing of resources and ideas on outcomes assessment in higher education; and to advance the efficiency of outcomes assessment in higher education in the state of New Mexico.
The NMHEAR conference is typically held in February or early March on a Thursday and Friday in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Educators from public education and higher education sectors nationwide are invited to attend. Information on registration, submitting a presentation proposal, and lodging will be available on the NMHEAR site in the fall the year prior to the conference.
